A REAL TOBACCO EVENING

The evenings are held all over the world, except in Mac Baren's fatherland, Denmark, where legislation forbids them. But most frequently in Germany, Switzerland and the Netherlands".

“The arrangement is an evening of pleasure which begins with a lecture on tobacco leaf, tobacco cutting, and Mac Baren's brands in general. Next there is an opportunity to ask questions on the subjects I have been through. Then if there are any questions about pipe smoking as a whole, we have a little chat about them.”

“The purpose of such evenings is primarily to offer smokers an insight into the wonderful world of tobacco, in the same way as a wine tasting session provides an insight into the different types of wine. My mission is to provide people with a knowledge of pipe tobacco that they did not possess in advance.” The arrangements are rounded off with the guests being invited into the tobacco bar.
